We collect anonymous, aggregated usage data to help us improve the app. This includes:

Important: We do NOT collect:

- Device identifiers that can be linked to you

All analytics are collected through PostHog, a privacy-focused analytics service, and are completely anonymous. We cannot identify individual users from this data.
Subscription Information
If you subscribe to Liminal Clock:
- Apple processes your payment through the App Store
- We receive only your subscription status (active/inactive) from Apple
- We do not receive your payment information, name, or email address
iCloud Sync
Your favorite animations list is automatically synced across your devices using iCloud:
- Stored in your personal iCloud account
- Encrypted and controlled by Apple
- We do not have access to your iCloud data
- Requires you to be signed into iCloud on your device
How We Use Information
We use anonymous analytics data to:
- Understand which features are most popular
- Identify and fix bugs
- Improve app performance
- Make informed decisions about new features
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except:
- PostHog: Our analytics provider, which processes anonymous usage data
- Apple: For subscription management through the App Store
